Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service in line with Tiffany standards to enhance customer satisfaction and contribute to sales targets.
- Develop new clientele and maintain relationships with existing customers.
- Achieve individual sales targets and assist in achieving boutique sales goals.
- Handle inquiries, follow-up on sales, and manage repair requests.
- Perform store operations tasks such as sales entry, daily closing, inventory management, and product handling.
- Participate in store maintenance activities including inspection, replenishment, inventory, display changes, and housekeeping.
Qualifications
- Experience in customer service, preferably in jewelry or luxury retail.
- Strong communication, presentation, and consulting skills.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Knowledge of jewelry and watches sales.
