Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service in line with Tiffany standards to enhance customer satisfaction and contribute to sales targets.
  • Develop new clientele and maintain relationships with existing customers.
  • Achieve individual sales targets and assist in achieving boutique sales goals.
  • Handle inquiries, follow-up on sales, and manage repair requests.
  • Perform store operations tasks such as sales entry, daily closing, inventory management, and product handling.
  • Participate in store maintenance activities including inspection, replenishment, inventory, display changes, and housekeeping.

Qualifications

  • Experience in customer service, preferably in jewelry or luxury retail.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and consulting skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Knowledge of jewelry and watches sales.
