Role & Responsibilities

  • Embody the Tiffany brand in client interactions, delivering extraordinary experiences.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador, conveying passion for Tiffany in every conversation.
  • Develop and nurture client relationships to exceed sales targets.
  • Foster a culture of clienteling and entrepreneurial spirit to grow outreach business.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Capture and cultivate client data to drive repeat business.
  • Identify innovative methods to enhance client experiences.
  • Deliver elevated client experiences through key product pillars.
  • Convert clients through curiosity and discovery.
  • Enhance in-store experiences by creating memorable moments.
  • Demonstrate brand passion and personal touch during selling ceremonies.
  • Leverage client feedback to improve in-store experiences.
  • Optimize hospitality and store amenities for unique client experiences.
  • Connect with clients' wardrobes to offer styling advice.

Qualifications

  • Experience in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience.
  • Proven track record of achieving commercial results.
  • Ability to connect with clients.
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to work with a diverse client base.
  • Proficiency with POS systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong clienteling and relationship-building abilities. Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on exceeding sales targets. Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.

Experience

Minimum of 3 years in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience.

Education

A college/university degree is preferred.
