Role & Responsibilities
- Utilize strategic sales techniques to meet or exceed personal sales targets by assisting clients in selecting and purchasing desired products.
- Respond promptly and appropriately to customer inquiries.
- Maintain existing client relationships and develop new ones through outreach, follow-up, and exceptional service.
- Provide after-sales service and professionally handle customer complaints.
- Input and manage customer information in the database.
- Proficiently use company applications and software.
- Conduct and manage store inventory counts.
- Collaborate with team members to support sales potential and company goals.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of luxury sales or related customer service experience.
- Exceptional sales abilities.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Willingness to work non-traditional hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Associate degree or higher.
