Role & Responsibilities
- Embody the Tiffany brand in each client interaction, delivering extraordinary experiences.
- Serve as a brand ambassador, conveying passion for Tiffany in every conversation.
- Develop and maintain client relationships to exceed sales targets.
- Foster a clienteling culture and encourage an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store commercial targets.
- Capture and cultivate client data for relationship building.
- Deliver significant sales through repeat client business.
- Identify innovative ways to enhance client experiences.
- Drive business through key product pillars.
- Convert clients through curiosity and discovery.
Qualifications
- Experience in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience.
- Proven track record in achieving commercial results.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of 3 years in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience.
Education
A college/university degree is desired.
