Role & Responsibilities

  • Embody the Tiffany brand in client interactions, ensuring each experience is extraordinary.
  • Communicate effectively as a brand ambassador, conveying passion for Tiffany in every conversation.
  • Develop and nurture client relationships to exceed sales targets and foster a clienteling culture.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store commercial targets.
  • Capture and cultivate client data to drive repeat business and lifetime loyalty.
  • Identify innovative ways to enhance client experiences and grow business through key product pillars.
  • Deliver memorable in-store experiences and demonstrate Tiffany brand ambassador behaviors.
  • Optimize hospitality and store amenities to create unique client experiences.

Qualifications

  • Experience in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience such as hospitality.
  • Proven track record in achieving commercial results.
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to work with a diverse client base.
  • Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong client relationship-building abilities. Entrepreneurial spirit and proactive approach to clienteling. Proficiency in multiple languages is an advantage.

Experience

Minimum of 3 years in retail, luxury retail, or a client-related field such as hospitality.

Education

A college/university degree is preferred.
