Role & Responsibilities
- Embody the Tiffany brand in all client interactions, ensuring an extraordinary client experience.
- Act as a brand ambassador, communicating passion for Tiffany in every conversation.
- Develop and nurture client relationships to exceed sales targets.
- Foster a culture of clienteling and entrepreneurial spirit to grow business outreach.
- Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Capture and cultivate client data to enhance relationships and drive repeat business.
- Innovate ways to elevate client experiences and grow business through key product pillars.
- Deliver memorable in-store experiences, optimizing hospitality and store amenities.
- Execute client experience behaviors and leverage feedback to enhance service.
- Style clients by connecting with their wardrobe needs.
Qualifications
- Experience in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience such as hospitality.
- Proven track record in achieving commercial results.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to connect with a diverse client base.
- Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of 3 years in retail, luxury retail, or a client-focused role.
Education
A college/university degree is desired.
