Role & Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and deepen client relationships to drive lifetime loyalty and increase client spend.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Capture and manage client data to enhance client relationships.
  • Deliver a significant portion of sales through repeat client business.
  • Elevate the in-store experience by delivering memorable moments to every client.
  • Act as a Tiffany brand ambassador, demonstrating passion and personal flair during every client interaction.
  • Execute best practices by optimizing hospitality and store amenities to create unique experiences.

Qualifications

  • Experience in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience such as hospitality.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales results.
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to work with a diverse client base.
  • Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong client relationship management. Entrepreneurial spirit and proactive approach. Proficiency in multiple languages is preferred.

Experience

A minimum of 3 years of experience in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience.

Education

A college/university degree is preferred. A Graduate Gemologist degree or previous Gemological Institute of America (GIA) coursework is advantageous.
