Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver the Tiffany Experience by providing personalised, discreet and memorable client service at every touchpoint.
- Proactively engage and develop a diverse client base through clienteling, follow-up and relationship management.
- Drive sales performance by meeting and exceeding individual and store KPIs and sales targets.
- Present product knowledge with confidence, guiding clients through purchase decisions and elevating the selling ceremony.
- Maintain operational efficiency in a fast-paced retail environment while upholding luxury brand standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years' experience in retail, preferably in luxury retail or client‑centric environments.
- Proven track record of achieving sales results and meeting KPI objectives.
- Flexible availability to work non-traditional retail hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to cultivate and sustain long-term client relationships.
- Creative problem-solving and the ability to innovate in client outreach and service.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years' experience in retail, ideally within luxury jewellery or high-end fashion, with demonstrable sales achievements and client development experience.
Education
Secondary education required; tertiary qualification in retail, business, hospitality or a related discipline is advantageous.
