Role & Responsibilities

  • Embody the Tiffany brand in each client interaction, ensuring an extraordinary experience.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador, conveying passion for Tiffany in every conversation.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships to exceed sales targets.
  • Foster a clienteling culture and encourage entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Capture and cultivate client data to enhance relationships.
  • Deliver a significant portion of sales through repeat business.
  • Identify innovative methods to enhance client experiences.
  • Drive business through key product pillars.
  • Elevate in-store experience by delivering memorable moments.
  • Demonstrate Tiffany brand ambassador qualities during selling ceremonies.
  • Execute best practices to optimize hospitality and store amenities.

Qualifications

  • Experience in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience such as hospitality.
  • Proven track record in achieving commercial results.
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to work with a diverse client base.
  • Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong client relationship-building abilities. Entrepreneurial spirit and proactive approach. Proficiency in multiple languages (desired).

Experience

Minimum 3 years of experience in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience.

Education

A college/university degree is desired.
