Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Deliver an elevated, positive, and high-energy client experience aligned with Tiffany's core brand values across phone, email, and live messaging channels.
  • Consistently provide luxury experiences to resolve client matters effectively and empathetically.
  • Escalate issues with urgency to ensure prompt and client-centric resolution.
  • Initiate proactive and relevant product recommendations for clients.
  • Demonstrate and share brand awareness, storytelling, and product knowledge to drive conversion and satisfaction.
  • Build personal connections with clients and collect relevant information to support long-term relationship building.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and processes.
  • Communicate with passion and authenticity using elevated verbal and written language.

Qualifications

Experience
