Role & Responsibilities
- Embody the Tiffany brand in each client interaction, ensuring an extraordinary client experience.
- Develop and maintain client relationships to exceed commercial targets.
- Foster a culture of clienteling and encourage entrepreneurial spirit to grow business outreach.
- Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store commercial targets.
- Capture and cultivate client data to drive repeat business.
- Deliver elevated client experiences through innovative approaches.
- Consistently deliver memorable in-store experiences and act on client feedback.
Qualifications
- Experience in retail or luxury retail or relevant client-related experience.
- Proven track record in achieving commercial results.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in retail, luxury retail, or relevant client-related roles such as hospitality.
Education
A college/university degree is desired.
