Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and nurture client relationships to drive lifetime loyalty and increase client spend.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Capture and maintain accurate client data to enhance relationship management.
  • Cultivate new and existing client relationships, delivering a significant portion of sales through repeat business.
  • Enhance the in-store experience by consistently delivering memorable client interactions.
  • Act as a Tiffany brand ambassador, demonstrating passion and expertise during every client interaction.
  • Execute best practices by optimizing hospitality and store amenities to create unique experiences.
  • Take action on client feedback to continuously improve service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience such as hospitality.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales results.
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to work with a diverse client base.
  • Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.

Skills

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Strong sales acumen and entrepreneurial spirit. Ability to build and maintain client relationships. Proficiency in multiple languages is preferred. Knowledge of gemology is advantageous.

Experience

Minimum 3 years of experience in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience.

Education

A college/university degree is preferred. Graduate Gemologist degree or previous Gemological Institute of America (GIA) coursework is advantageous.
