Role & Responsibilities
- Embody the Tiffany brand in each client interaction, delivering an extraordinary experience.
- Communicate effectively as a brand ambassador, conveying passion for Tiffany in every conversation.
- Develop and maintain client relationships, exceeding commercial targets through entrepreneurial spirit.
- Foster a clienteling culture and encourage client development to grow outreach business.
- Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store commercial targets.
- Capture and cultivate client data, driving business through repeat client engagements.
- Identify innovative ways to enhance client experiences and grow business.
- Deliver memorable in-store experiences, optimizing hospitality and store amenities.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience.
- Proven track record in achieving commercial results.
- Ability to connect with a diverse client base.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience such as hospitality.
Education
A college/university degree is desired.
