Role & Responsibilities
- Embody the Tiffany brand in each client interaction, delivering extraordinary experiences.
- Serve as an excellent communicator and brand ambassador, conveying passion for Tiffany in every conversation.
- Develop and maintain client relationships, exceeding commercial targets through entrepreneurial spirit.
- Foster a clienteling culture, encouraging client development to grow outreach business.
- Deepen client relationships to drive lifetime loyalty and spend.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store commercial targets.
- Capture and cultivate client data to enhance relationships.
- Deliver significant sales through repeat client business.
- Identify innovative ways to grow business by delivering elevated client experiences.
- Drive business through key product pillars and convert clients through curiosity and discovery.
- Elevate in-store experience by consistently delivering memorable moments.
- Demonstrate passion as a Tiffany brand ambassador during every selling ceremony.
- Execute best practices by optimizing hospitality and store amenities.
- Connect with clients' wardrobes to provide styling advice.
Qualifications
- Experience in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience such as hospitality.
- Proven track record in achieving commercial results.
- Ability to connect with clients.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to work with a diverse client base.
- Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience.
Education
A college/university degree is desirable.
