Role & Responsibilities

  • Embody the Tiffany brand in each client interaction, delivering extraordinary experiences.
  • Serve as an excellent communicator and brand ambassador, conveying passion for Tiffany in every conversation.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships, exceeding commercial targets through entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Foster a clienteling culture, encouraging client development to grow outreach business.
  • Deepen client relationships to drive lifetime loyalty and spend.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store commercial targets.
  • Capture and cultivate client data to enhance relationships.
  • Deliver significant sales through repeat client business.
  • Identify innovative ways to grow business by delivering elevated client experiences.
  • Drive business through key product pillars and convert clients through curiosity and discovery.
  • Elevate in-store experience by consistently delivering memorable moments.
  • Demonstrate passion as a Tiffany brand ambassador during every selling ceremony.
  • Execute best practices by optimizing hospitality and store amenities.
  • Connect with clients' wardrobes to provide styling advice.

Qualifications

  • Experience in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience such as hospitality.
  • Proven track record in achieving commercial results.
  • Ability to connect with clients.
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to work with a diverse client base.
  • Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong clienteling and relationship-building abilities. Entrepreneurial spirit and proactive approach. Proficiency in multiple languages is desirable.

Experience

Minimum 3 years of experience in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience.

Education

A college/university degree is desirable.
