Role & Responsibilities

  • Embody the Tiffany brand in each client interaction, ensuring extraordinary experiences.
  • Serve as an excellent communicator and brand ambassador, conveying passion for Tiffany in every conversation.
  • Develop client relationships and exceed commercial targets through entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Foster a clienteling culture and reinforce client development to grow outreach business.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store commercial targets.
  • Capture client data to cultivate new and existing client relationships.
  • Deliver significant sales through repeat client business.
  • Identify innovative ways to grow business through elevated client experiences.
  • Drive business through key product pillars.
  • Convert clients through curiosity and discovery.

Qualifications

  • Experience in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience such as hospitality.
  • Proven track record in achieving commercial results.
  • Ability to connect with a diverse client base.
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong clienteling and relationship-building abilities. Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for luxury brands. Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.

Experience

Minimum 3 years of experience in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience.

Education

A college/university degree is preferred.
