Tiffany & Co. seeks a Client Advisor in London (Covent Garden) to deliver luxury clienteling, drive sales and uphold LVMH service standards.

Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, etiquette-driven client service that reflects Tiffany’s standards of luxury and fosters long-term relationships.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive prospecting, client development and curated client experiences.
- Design and execute clienteling strategies and omnichannel outreach to drive acquisition, cross-sales and client loyalty.
- Convey brand storytelling and product knowledge to inspire purchases and communicate Tiffany’s craftsmanship and integrity.
- Manage operational responsibilities including inventory control, reservation management, transfers and service coordination in compliance with Tiffany and LVMH procedures.
- Provide personalised services such as product customisation and care guidance to elevate the client experience.
- Collaborate with store colleagues to cultivate an inclusive, high‑performance team culture and contribute to local commercial initiatives.
- Adapt to feedback and changing priorities with professionalism and resilience; adopt new tools and working methods to improve results.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years’ client-facing experience in retail, luxury retail or hospitality with a proven track record of meeting sales objectives.
- Demonstrable experience in clienteling and implementing sales strategies within an omnichannel luxury environment.
- Authorization to work in the United Kingdom.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
- Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems and Microsoft Outlook/email.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative, service-oriented demeanour.
- Preferred: college/university degree and Graduate Gemologist credential or GIA coursework.
- Preferred: proficiency in multiple languages.

Minimum three years of client-facing experience in retail, luxury retail or hospitality with demonstrated sales results and experience operating in an omnichannel, clienteling-focused environment.
Education
College/university degree preferred; Graduate Gemologist qualification or Gemological Institute of America (GIA) coursework preferred.
