Role & Responsibilities

  • Embody the Tiffany brand in each client interaction, utilizing personal flair to enhance client experiences.
  • Communicate effectively as a brand ambassador, conveying passion for Tiffany in every conversation.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships to exceed sales targets and foster client loyalty.
  • Encourage a clienteling culture and reinforce client development to expand business outreach.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store commercial targets.
  • Capture and cultivate client data to strengthen relationships and drive repeat business.
  • Identify innovative methods to enhance client experiences and grow business.
  • Deliver exceptional in-store experiences, creating memorable moments for clients.
  • Utilize client feedback to elevate in-store experiences and optimize hospitality.

Qualifications

  • Experience in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience such as hospitality.
  • Proven track record in achieving commercial results.
  • Ability to connect with a diverse client base.
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong clienteling and relationship-building abilities. Entrepreneurial spirit and proactive approach to sales. Ability to deliver exceptional client experiences. Proficiency in multiple languages is desirable.

Experience

Minimum of 3 years in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience.

Education

A college/university degree is desirable.
