Role & Responsibilities

  • Embody the Tiffany brand in every client interaction, delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador, conveying passion for Tiffany in all communications.
  • Develop and nurture client relationships to exceed sales targets.
  • Foster a clienteling culture and encourage entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Capture and cultivate client data to enhance relationships.
  • Deliver significant sales through repeat business.
  • Innovate to grow business through elevated client experiences.
  • Enhance in-store experiences by creating memorable moments.
  • Execute best practices in hospitality and store amenities.

Qualifications

  • Experience in retail, luxury retail, or relevant client-related fields.
  • Proven track record in achieving commercial results.
  • Ability to connect with clients.
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours.
  • Ability to work with a diverse client base.
  • Proficiency with POS systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook.

Skills

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Strong clienteling and relationship-building abilities. Entrepreneurial mindset. Proficiency in multiple languages (preferred).

Experience

Minimum of 3 years in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience.

Education

A college or university degree is preferred.
