Tiffany & Co. in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Client Advisor to deliver exceptional luxury client experiences in-store.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as a visible brand ambassador, delivering the Tiffany & Co. client experience before, during and after each sale.
  • Build and nurture genuine client relationships through personalised clienteling and follow-up to drive loyalty and repeat business.
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues to meet individual and store sales targets and commercial objectives.
  • Support daily store operations including merchandising, inventory care and upkeep to maintain a premium retail environment.
  • Demonstrate initiative and contribute ideas to enhance service delivery, visual presentation and customer engagement.

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years of client-facing retail experience, preferably within luxury jewellery, watches or high-end fashion.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and delivering elevated customer service.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a natural aptitude for building rapport.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work proactively and collaboratively in a team environment.

Experience

Minimum 3 years of customer-facing experience in retail; experience in luxury jewellery or high-end retail is strongly preferred.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; further education in retail, hospitality, business or related fields is advantageous.
