Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute individual sales strategies to meet or exceed company sales targets within the Incheon Airport duty‑free environment.
  • Deliver exceptional client experiences through proactive clienteling, personalized service and relationship cultivation with new and existing customers.
  • Maintain and enhance Tiffany brand value through luxury‑level presentation, merchandising and customer engagement.
  • Manage store operations including product handling, merchandising, inventory control and regular stocktaking in accordance with company procedures and regulations.
  • Accurately record and reconcile sales transactions and update the sales/POS system in a timely manner.

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years' experience in luxury jewellery sales, preferably within boutique or duty‑free retail.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand, set and achieve individual and store sales targets.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong aptitude for clienteling and relationship management.
  • Willingness and ability to work flexible, shift‑based schedules required for airport retail operations.
  • Candidates with a jewellery‑related degree or gemological certification are preferred.
  • National veterans and persons with disabilities will be given preference in accordance with applicable law.

Experience
