Role & Responsibilities

  • Embody the Tiffany brand in every client interaction, ensuring an extraordinary experience.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships to exceed sales targets.
  • Achieve or surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans.
  • Capture and manage client data effectively.
  • Deliver exceptional in-store experiences, enhancing client loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Execute best practices in hospitality and store amenities to create unique client experiences.

Qualifications

  • Experience in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience such as hospitality.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales results.
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to work with a diverse client base.
  • Proficiency with POS systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong sales and negotiation abilities. Ability to build and maintain client relationships. Proficiency in multiple languages is preferred. Knowledge of gemology is an advantage.

Experience

Minimum of 3 years in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience.

Education

A college/university degree is preferred. Graduate Gemologist degree or GIA coursework is advantageous.
