Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain client relationships to drive lifetime loyalty and increase client spending.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Capture and manage client data effectively.
- Cultivate both new and existing client relationships to enhance repeat business.
- Enhance the in-store experience by delivering memorable moments to every client.
- Act as a Tiffany brand ambassador during every client interaction.
- Execute best practices to optimize hospitality and store amenities.
- Implement feedback from the Tiffany Experience Index (TEI) program to improve client experience.
Qualifications
- Experience in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience such as hospitality.
- Proven track record of achieving sales results.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to work with a diverse client base.
- Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of 3 years in a similar role within retail or luxury retail.
Education
A college/university degree is preferred. Graduate Gemologist degree or previous Gemological Institute of America (GIA) coursework is advantageous.
