Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain client relationships to drive lifetime loyalty and increase client spending.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Capture and manage client data effectively.
  • Cultivate both new and existing client relationships to enhance repeat business.
  • Enhance the in-store experience by delivering memorable moments to every client.
  • Act as a Tiffany brand ambassador during every client interaction.
  • Execute best practices to optimize hospitality and store amenities.
  • Implement feedback from the Tiffany Experience Index (TEI) program to improve client experience.

Qualifications

  • Experience in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience such as hospitality.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales results.
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to work with a diverse client base.
  • Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong sales acumen and entrepreneurial spirit. Ability to deliver exceptional client experiences. Proficiency in multiple languages is preferred.

Experience

Minimum of 3 years in a similar role within retail or luxury retail.

Education

A college/university degree is preferred. Graduate Gemologist degree or previous Gemological Institute of America (GIA) coursework is advantageous.
