Role & Responsibilities

  • Embody the Tiffany brand in every client interaction, utilizing personal flair to enhance the client's experience.
  • Develop and nurture client relationships to drive loyalty and increase sales.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Capture and manage client data to cultivate new and existing relationships.
  • Deliver exceptional in-store experiences, creating memorable moments for every client.
  • Act as a Tiffany brand ambassador, demonstrating passion and expertise during every client interaction.
  • Execute best practices in hospitality and store amenities to optimize client experiences.

Qualifications

  • Must be a UAE National.
  • Preferred experience in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience.
  • Demonstrated passion for customer service and client experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales results.
  • Ability to work with a diverse client database.
  • Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.

Experience
