Role & Responsibilities
- Embody the Tiffany brand in every client interaction, ensuring an extraordinary client experience.
- Act as a brand ambassador, conveying passion for Tiffany in all communications.
- Develop and nurture client relationships to exceed sales targets.
- Encourage a clienteling culture and entrepreneurial spirit to grow business outreach.
- Achieve or surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual store commercial targets.
- Capture and cultivate client data to foster new and existing relationships.
- Deliver a significant portion of sales through repeat client business.
- Identify innovative methods to enhance client experiences and drive business growth.
- Elevate in-store experiences by delivering memorable moments to clients.
- Demonstrate Tiffany brand ambassador passion during every selling ceremony.
- Execute best practices by optimizing hospitality and store amenities.
- Connect with clients to provide personalized styling advice.
Qualifications
- Experience in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience.
- Proven track record in achieving commercial results.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to work with a diverse client base.
- Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience such as hospitality.
Education
A college/university degree is desired.
