Role & Responsibilities

  • Embody the Tiffany brand in every client interaction, ensuring an extraordinary client experience.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, conveying passion for Tiffany in all communications.
  • Develop and nurture client relationships to exceed sales targets.
  • Encourage a clienteling culture and entrepreneurial spirit to grow business outreach.
  • Achieve or surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual store commercial targets.
  • Capture and cultivate client data to foster new and existing relationships.
  • Deliver a significant portion of sales through repeat client business.
  • Identify innovative methods to enhance client experiences and drive business growth.
  • Elevate in-store experiences by delivering memorable moments to clients.
  • Demonstrate Tiffany brand ambassador passion during every selling ceremony.
  • Execute best practices by optimizing hospitality and store amenities.
  • Connect with clients to provide personalized styling advice.

Qualifications

  • Experience in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience.
  • Proven track record in achieving commercial results.
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to work with a diverse client base.
  • Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong client relationship management. Sales and target-driven mindset. Innovative thinking for business growth. Proficiency in multiple languages (desired).

Experience

Minimum 3 years of experience in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience such as hospitality.

Education

A college/university degree is desired.
