Tiffany & Co. seeks a Temporary Client Advisor in Dallas to deliver exceptional luxury client experiences and drive sales through clienteling.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver the Tiffany client experience in every interaction, applying the Tiffany Touch to create memorable, personalized moments.
  • Develop and maintain a proprietary client book through proactive clienteling, data capture and follow-up to drive repeat business and lifetime loyalty.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual store commercial targets through appointment selling and conversion.
  • Cultivate new business by identifying opportunities across key product pillars and styling clients in alignment with their wardrobe and preferences.
  • Execute service best practices, leverage NPS feedback and optimise in-store hospitality and amenities to elevate the client journey.
  • Utilize POS and client tracking systems accurately for transactions, client records and reporting; support merchandising and appointment management as required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years' experience in retail, luxury retail or client-facing hospitality roles with demonstrable commercial results.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and growing repeat-client revenue.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly, deliver consultative selling and adapt to a diverse client base.
  • Flexible availability to work non-traditional retail hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.

Experience

Minimum 3 years in retail, luxury retail or hospitality/client-facing roles with a proven history of achieving commercial targets and developing client relationships.
