Role & Responsibilities

  • Embody the Tiffany brand in all client interactions, ensuring an extraordinary experience.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, conveying passion for Tiffany in every conversation.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships to exceed sales targets.
  • Foster a culture of clienteling and entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Capture and cultivate client data for relationship building.
  • Deliver significant sales through repeat business.
  • Identify innovative ways to enhance client experiences.
  • Drive business through key product pillars.
  • Convert clients through curiosity and discovery.
  • Elevate in-store experiences by delivering memorable moments.
  • Demonstrate passion as a Tiffany brand ambassador during sales ceremonies.
  • Leverage client feedback to enhance in-store experiences.
  • Optimize hospitality and store amenities for unique client experiences.
  • Connect with clients to provide personalized styling advice.

Qualifications

  • Experience in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience.
  • Proven track record in achieving commercial results.
  • Ability to connect with clients.
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours.
  • Ability to work with a diverse client base.
  • Proficiency with POS systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong clienteling and relationship-building abilities. Entrepreneurial spirit and proactive approach. Proficiency in multiple languages (desired).

Experience

Minimum of 3 years in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience.

Education

A college/university degree is desired.
