Tiffany & Co. seeks a Client Advisor in Brussels — permanent full‑time luxury retail role focused on sales, clienteling and bilingual (FR/EN) service.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver the ‘‘Tiffany Touch’’ at every client interaction by creating memorable in‑store experiences and personalised sales ceremonies.
  • Develop, nurture and expand a loyal client portfolio through proactive clienteling, follow‑up and data enrichment.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets through consultative selling and product expertise.
  • Capture and maintain accurate customer data in POS and client management systems to support repeat business and targeted outreach.
  • Promote strategic product pillars and drive sales initiatives to maximise store performance.
  • Apply best practices in hospitality and in‑store service; use customer feedback (TEI/Voice of Client) to refine service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience, ideally within luxury retail or client‑facing hospitality roles.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding commercial targets.
  • Fluency in French and English required; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Proficiency with POS systems, customer management tools and Microsoft Outlook/email.
  • Flexibility to work variable hours including evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Experience

Minimum 3 years of client-facing sales experience, preferably in luxury retail or high-end hospitality, with a demonstrable record of achieving sales targets and cultivating repeat clientele.

Education

Tertiary education preferred. Graduate Gemologist certification (GIA) or relevant gemology training is an advantage.
