Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain client relationships to drive lifetime loyalty and increase client spend.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store sales targets.
  • Capture and manage client data to cultivate new and existing client relationships.
  • Deliver a significant portion of sales through repeat client business and key product pillars.
  • Enhance the in-store experience by consistently delivering memorable moments to every client.
  • Act as a Tiffany brand ambassador during every client interaction, using personal flair to elevate the experience.
  • Execute best practices by optimizing hospitality and store amenities to create unique experiences.
  • Take action on client feedback and performance metrics to improve service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Experience in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience such as hospitality.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales results.
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to work with a diverse client base.
  • Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong sales and client relationship management skills. Ability to deliver exceptional customer service. Proficiency in multiple languages is preferred. Knowledge of gemology is advantageous.

Experience

Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience.

Education

A college/university degree is preferred. A Graduate Gemologist degree or previous Gemological Institute of America (GIA) coursework is advantageous.
