Role & Responsibilities

  • Embody the Tiffany brand in each client interaction, ensuring an extraordinary client experience.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador, conveying passion for Tiffany in every conversation and fostering an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Develop and nurture client relationships to exceed commercial targets and drive business growth.
  • Cultivate a clienteling culture, encouraging client development and outreach business.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store commercial targets.
  • Capture and cultivate client data to deepen relationships and drive loyalty.
  • Deliver a significant portion of sales through repeat client business.
  • Identify innovative ways to enhance client experiences and grow business.
  • Elevate in-store experiences by delivering memorable moments to every client.
  • Demonstrate passion as a Tiffany brand ambassador during every selling ceremony.

Qualifications

  • Experience in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience such as hospitality.
  • Proven track record in achieving commercial results.
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems and client tracking systems. Ability to connect with a diverse client base. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook/email.

Experience

Minimum of 3 years in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience.

Education

A college/university degree is desired.
