Role & Responsibilities

  • Utilize strategic sales techniques to achieve or exceed individual sales targets by assisting customers in selecting and purchasing desired products.
  • Respond promptly and appropriately to customer inquiries.
  • Maintain existing customer relationships and develop new clientele through outreach, follow-ups, and exceptional service.
  • Provide after-sales service and professionally handle customer complaints.
  • Input and manage customer information within the database.
  • Proficiently use company applications and software.
  • Conduct inventory counts and manage store merchandise.
  • Collaborate with team members to support the company's sales potential.
  • Actively participate in and support the achievement of company goals.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury sales or related customer service experience.
  • Outstanding sales capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, customer service skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Ability to communicate and work with diverse individuals and teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to work non-traditional hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
