Role & Responsibilities
- Embodies the Tiffany brand in every client interaction, delivering the Tiffany Touch and creating memorable, personalized experiences.
- Develops and cultivates long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling and accurate capture of client data.
- Consistently achieves or exceeds monthly, quarterly and annual commercial targets by driving repeat purchase and lifetime client value.
- Leverages curiosity and consultative selling to convert prospects and grow business across key product pillars.
- Fosters an entrepreneurial sales culture within the store and contributes to outreach business growth.
- Implements service best practices and acts on NPS feedback to elevate in‑store hospitality and appointment experiences.
- Integrates styling insight into client conversations to align product recommendations with clients’ wardrobes and lifestyle.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years’ experience in retail, luxury retail or client-facing hospitality with demonstrable commercial results.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and developing repeat client business.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to connect authentically with a diverse clientele.
- Flexibility to work non‑traditional hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Authorization to work in the United States.

Experience
Minimum three years of client-facing experience in retail, luxury retail or hospitality with a proven history of achieving commercial targets and growing client relationships.
Education
College or university degree preferred but not required.
