Role & Responsibilities

  • Embodies the Tiffany brand in every client interaction, delivering the Tiffany Touch and creating memorable, personalized experiences.
  • Develops and cultivates long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling and accurate capture of client data.
  • Consistently achieves or exceeds monthly, quarterly and annual commercial targets by driving repeat purchase and lifetime client value.
  • Leverages curiosity and consultative selling to convert prospects and grow business across key product pillars.
  • Fosters an entrepreneurial sales culture within the store and contributes to outreach business growth.
  • Implements service best practices and acts on NPS feedback to elevate in‑store hospitality and appointment experiences.
  • Integrates styling insight into client conversations to align product recommendations with clients’ wardrobes and lifestyle.

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years’ experience in retail, luxury retail or client-facing hospitality with demonstrable commercial results.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and developing repeat client business.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to connect authentically with a diverse clientele.
  • Flexibility to work non‑traditional hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.

Experience
