Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience in sales or customer service roles with a focus on achieving targets and KPIs.
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including weekdays, weekends, late nights, and holidays.

Skills

Passion for customer service and sales. Ability to build meaningful relationships with a diverse clientele. Innovative thinking and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Mandarin is advantageous.

Experience

Minimum of 3 years in a sales or customer service environment.
