Role & Responsibilities
- Embody the Tiffany brand in client interactions, using personal flair to enhance the client experience.
- Develop and maintain client relationships to exceed sales targets.
- Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans.
- Capture and manage client data to cultivate new and existing relationships.
- Deliver exceptional in-store experiences, ensuring memorable client interactions.
- Act as a brand ambassador, demonstrating passion for Tiffany during selling ceremonies.
- Execute best practices by optimizing hospitality and store amenities.
Qualifications
- Must be a UAE National.
- Experience in retail or luxury retail preferred.
- Passion for customer service and client experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record in achieving sales results.
- Ability to work with a diverse client database.
- Proficiency with POS systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook.
