Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide global IT strategy for digital, clienteling, and mobile solutions to the Japan business, leveraging these strategies effectively.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements for clienteling, mobile, and mobile apps projects.
  • Lead project management for digital, clienteling, and mobile initiatives, including scope definition, timeline development, and resource allocation.
  • Communicate project progress, issues, and risks to stakeholders and senior management through regular updates and reports.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and technical issues, troubleshoot problems, and implement effective solutions.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining technical documentation and knowledge base articles.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Project Management or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on digital, clienteling, or mobile strategies.
  • Proven experience in project management, delivering complex projects within scope, budget, and schedule.
  • Business level of English.
  • Familiarity with mobile app development processes and user experience principles.
  • Knowledge and experience of Azure, Salesforce Cloud, and databases such as SQL Server and Oracle.

Experience

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, focusing on digital, clienteling, or mobile strategies in a retail or similar industry.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Project Management or a related field.
