Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional security and operational support to enhance sales and service.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Security Officer and Management to prevent theft, report missing assets, and respond to emergencies.
  • Implement and oversee security systems and procedures, including daily inspections, equipment checks, and alarm tests.
  • Conduct operations tasks such as opening and closing procedures and assist with facilities repairs.
  • Act as a Tiffany ambassador, supporting store operations to achieve sales targets.
  • Deliver a positive Tiffany experience, fostering client relationships to drive loyalty and spending.
  • Consistently elevate the in-store experience by delivering memorable customer interactions.
  • Implement standard processes to optimize hospitality and store amenities, responding to client feedback.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Skills

Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations. Detail-oriented with a focus on security and operational excellence. Customer service-oriented with a passion for luxury retail.

Experience

A minimum of 3 years of experience is required, preferably in a retail or security environment. Prior experience in a security-related position is advantageous.

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent.
