Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional security and operational support to drive sales and service.
  • Collaborate with Senior Security Officer and Management to deter theft, report missing assets, and respond to emergency situations.
  • Ensure adherence to security systems and procedures through daily inspections and report submissions.
  • Execute operations tasks including opening and closing procedures and assist with facilities repairs.
  • Act as a Tiffany ambassador to support the store in achieving sales targets.
  • Deliver a positive Tiffany experience to clients, fostering long-term relationships.
  • Consistently elevate the in-store experience by delivering memorable moments and implementing standard processes.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.

Skills

Basic computer proficiency. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work flexible retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Experience

A minimum of 3 years of experience, preferably in a retail or security environment. Prior experience in a security-related position is advantageous.

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent.
