Role & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional security and operations support to enhance sales and service.
• Collaborate with Senior Security Officer and Management to deter theft, report missing assets, and respond to emergencies.
• Ensure adherence to security systems and procedures through daily inspections, equipment checks, and alarm tests.
• Execute operations tasks including opening and closing procedures, and assist with facilities repairs.
• Support both security and back-of-house operations and controls.
• Deliver a positive Tiffany experience to each client, fostering long-term relationships.
• Act as a Tiffany ambassador to support the store in achieving sales targets.
• Consistently elevate the in-store experience by delivering memorable customer interactions.
• Implement standard processes to optimize hospitality and store amenities, acting on client feedback.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate
• Authorization to work in the United States

Skills

Experience

Minimum of 1 year in a security-related position, preferably within a retail or security environment.

High School Graduate
