Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional security and operations support to drive sales and service.
- Partner with Senior Security Officer and Management to deter theft, report missing assets, and respond to emergency situations.
- Ensure adherence to security systems and procedures through daily inspections and equipment checks.
- Execute operations tasks including opening and closing procedures and assist with facilities repairs.
- Act as a Tiffany ambassador to enhance client relationships and support sales objectives.
- Consistently deliver memorable in-store experiences and demonstrate passion for the Tiffany brand.
- Implement standard processes to optimize hospitality and store amenities.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 3 years of experience, with at least 1 year in a security-related position, preferably within a retail environment.
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent.
