Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional security and operations support to drive sales and service.
  • Partner with Senior Security Officer and Management to deter theft, report missing assets, and respond to emergency situations.
  • Implement Incident Management Programs procedures.
  • Ensure adherence to security systems and procedures through daily inspections, equipment checks, alarm tests, and report submissions.
  • Execute operations tasks including opening and closing procedures, assist with facilities repairs, and communicate with the store team.
  • Serve as a Tiffany ambassador, enhancing the client experience and supporting the store in achieving sales targets.
  • Deliver memorable in-store experiences and demonstrate passion as a Tiffany brand ambassador during customer interactions.
  • Optimize hospitality and store amenities to create unique client experiences and act on NPS scores and feedback.

Qualifications

  • High School Graduate
  • Authorization to work in the United States

Skills

Basic computer skills Ability to work retail store hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Experience

Minimum of 3 years, with at least 1 year in a security-related position. Experience in a retail/security environment is preferred.

Education

High School Graduate
