Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional security and operations support to enhance sales and service.
  • Collaborate with Senior Security Officer and Management to deter theft and manage incidents.
  • Ensure adherence to security systems and procedures through regular inspections and reports.
  • Execute opening and closing procedures and assist with facilities repairs.
  • Support both security and back-of-house operations and controls.
  • Deliver a positive Tiffany experience to clients, fostering long-term relationships.
  • Act as a Tiffany ambassador to support the store in achieving sales targets.
  • Consistently elevate the in-store experience, delivering memorable customer interactions.
  • Implement standard processes to optimize hospitality and store amenities.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.

Skills

Basic computer proficiency. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work flexible retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Experience

Minimum of 3 years of experience, with at least 1 year in a security-related position, preferably within a retail environment.

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent.
