Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise the store team to achieve sales targets and maintain exceptional customer service standards.
  • Demonstrate sales leadership by actively engaging on the sales floor and serving as a role model for staff.
  • Hire, evaluate, train, and discipline staff in alignment with company policies to meet business strategies and sales goals.
  • Motivate staff to achieve sales, service, CRM, and operational objectives.
  • Identify and address individual and team training needs in collaboration with the training team and retail coach.
  • Supervise store personnel and enforce company policies, ensuring adherence to disciplinary procedures.
  • Develop and implement in-store events and incentives to expand the customer base, with a focus on the local market.
  • Ensure inventory accuracy and manage stock levels to meet sales and customer demand.
  • Maintain the highest degree of customer service and empower associates to handle complex customer service issues.
  • Oversee all aspects of store operations, including billing, reconciliation reports, and cost control.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless retail execution and customer satisfaction.
