Assistant Store Manager

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the store team to achieve sales goals and maintain high levels of customer service.
• Enhance customer relationships and ensure flawless retail operations execution.
• Coach and develop sales professionals, demonstrating sales leadership on the selling floor.
• Hire, evaluate, train, and discipline staff in alignment with company policies.
• Motivate staff to achieve sales, service, CRM, and store operations goals.
• Promote harmonious staff relations and support individual development.
• Implement events and in-store incentives to grow the customer base.
• Manage inventory to meet accuracy and shrink requirements.
• Maintain the highest degree of customer service and act as a brand ambassador.
• Oversee all facets of store operations, including billing and reconciliation reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless retail execution.

• Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the luxury sector.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM and inventory management systems.

Education
