Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive media strategies across traditional and digital platforms to enhance brand visibility and conversion.
  • Lead media planning and implementation with a strong emphasis on digital channels such as display, paid social, programmatic, SEM, and SEO.
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance through data-driven analysis and insights.
  • Coordinate with global teams and local stakeholders to ensure seamless asset preparation and delivery across all media channels.
  • Recommend innovative tactics and approaches based on campaign results and market trends.
  • Manage owned digital channels and develop social media strategies in collaboration with local and global teams.
  • Evaluate paid media campaigns using data from multiple sources to provide actionable recommendations.
  • Supervise agency relationships, including execution, contract negotiation, and bidding processes.
  • Develop team skills and maintain high performance levels through effective management.

Qualifications

  • University degree
  • 11+ years of experience in media planning and ad operations
  • Experience in the retail business
  • Expertise in global luxury jewelry and high fashion brands
  • Fluency in English and Korean
  • Proven management and staff supervision experience
  • Exceptional problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
