Role & Responsibilities
- Receive, review, and verify invoices with precision.
- Identify and investigate discrepancies in invoices and required documentation.
- Accurately enter invoice data for timely payment processing.
- Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external business partners.
- Respond promptly to accounts payable inquiries.
- Communicate with vendors and internal clients to resolve invoice issues.
- Assist in month-end closing processes.
- Support accounts payable audits.
- Perform duties of absent accounts payable staff as necessary.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of general accounting principles is advantageous.

Experience
Beginner level experience in accounts payable or a related field is required.
Education
High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
