Role & Responsibilities

  • Process invoices for the Northern Europe cluster using systems such as Esker, Unifier, Trax, and JDE.
  • Ensure all invoices comply with internal controls and regulatory standards.
  • Prepare and execute payment runs and bank transfers in a timely manner.
  • Verify, code, and post overhead invoices, coordinating with the accounting team.
  • Assist the accounting team with day-to-day operations as needed.
  • Contribute to the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Reconcile accounts and clarify discrepancies.
  • Post and reconcile CAPEX, freight, and duty invoices in collaboration with accounting.
  • Manage the posting of employee expenses.
  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve issues with vendors.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or accounting diploma preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Fluency in German and proficiency in English.

Skills

Strong communication and organizational skills. Attention to detail. Reliability and independence in work. Resilience and flexibility. Experience with JD Edwards is advantageous.

Experience

Minimum of 3 years in a similar role.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in business or accounting diploma preferred.
