Overview

Thélios is the LVMH Group's dedicated eyewear house, designing, producing and distributing sunglasses and optical frames for prestigious Maisons while developing its own proprietary labels such as Barton Perreira and Vuarnet. The company blends artisanal craftsmanship with industrial know‑how and operates within the high standards of the larger LVMH luxury ecosystem.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Welcome clients and create a comfortable, brand‑appropriate boutique experience while educating them about Barton Perreira collections.
  • Develop and nurture long‑term client relationships to drive retention and repeat business.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets, maximizing units per transaction and average transaction value.
  • Integrate deep product knowledge into the sales process to articulate craftsmanship, materials and fit.
  • Maintain boutique presentation and visual merchandising standards; assist with general housekeeping to preserve store image.
  • Adhere to company policies, loss‑prevention procedures and point‑of‑sale protocols.
  • Perform additional duties and ad‑hoc tasks as required by store leadership.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of retail sales experience; experience in eyewear, jewelry or luxury fashion strongly preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills with proven negotiation and presentation ability.
  • Self‑starter with an entrepreneurial mindset, strong client focus and genuine passion for eyewear and quality design.
  • Flexible availability including occasional evenings and weekends.
  • Optician license or certification preferred but not required.
  • Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion in client interactions and business decisions.

Experience
