Role & Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate all general and auxiliary accounting operations, managing accounting teams directly.
  • Ensure reliability of monthly, quarterly, and annual closings in a publicly listed group context.
  • Produce financial statements for various legal entities according to French standards.
  • Manage key tax declarations such as corporate tax, VAT, and business tax.
  • Oversee relationships with external auditors and accounting firms.
  • Continuously improve and optimize financial performance through analytical review of P&L and propose corrective actions.
  • Manage daily cash flow, prepare forecasts, and analyze variances.
  • Handle banking relationships and monitor payment methods.
  • Ensure financial compliance of logistics flows between entities in France, Italy, and the USA.
  • Lead the transformation project of the information system, transitioning to SAP for Vuarnet.
  • Implement change management policies within teams.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Finance or Management Control.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management or accounting, ideally with initial experience in an audit or accounting firm, followed by a successful corporate role.
  • Fluency in French and English, with Italian being advantageous.

Skills

Proficiency in Excel and SAP. Strong knowledge of French GAAP and IFRS. Attention to detail and analytical skills. Autonomy and decision-making ability. Team spirit and adaptability in a dynamic environment.

Experience

At least 5 years of experience in financial management or accounting, with a preference for candidates with experience in luxury sectors.

Education

Master's degree in Finance or Management Control.
