Brand Operations Engineer
Thélios — Brand Operations Engineer in Longarone, Italy. Lead end‑to‑end eyewear collection development, ensuring timing, cost and quality for assigned LVMH Maisons.
Overview
Thélios is the LVMH Group’s specialist eyewear house, combining creative design with industrial know‑how to produce luxury eyewear for several Maisons within the group. Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the primary Operations interface for assigned LVMH Maisons, integrating Brand, Product, Marketing and Operations teams to ensure industrial feasibility while preserving Maison signature (aesthetics, finishes, perceived quality).
- Lead end‑to‑end program management of eyewear collections — own development timelines, engineering activities and the Release Plan for approved models.
- Define, monitor and control milestones, phase‑gates, deliverables, dependencies and risks across the product development cycle; trigger escalations and corrective actions as required.
- Ensure target costs and margin objectives are met by assessing design-to-cost and industrialisation implications in line with corporate guidelines.
- Manage change requests from Maisons, assessing impacts on timing, cost and quality and aligning all stakeholders through structured governance.
Qualifications
- Degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent technical qualification.
- Minimum three years of experience in product development, industrialisation or operations — preferably within fashion, accessories or eyewear.
- Proven experience working in complex cross‑functional environments and interfacing with Maison/Brand teams, Marketing and Quality.
- Fluent English for daily professional communication.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for tracking, planning and reporting.
- Strong orientation to timing, quality and structured problem solving, with the ability to prioritise and drive decisions.

Experience
Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience in product development, industrialisation or Operations within fashion, accessories or eyewear; demonstrated track record of managing cross‑functional projects and coordinating stakeholders across Brand, Product, Marketing and Quality to deliver on timing, cost and quality targets.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent technical degree.
