Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for fulfillment center staff.
  • Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and observation.
  • Collaborate with management to identify training objectives and outcomes.
  • Monitor and evaluate training program effectiveness, success, and ROI periodically.
  • Ensure training materials and programs are current and relevant to operational needs.
  • Lead and mentor a team of training specialists.
  • Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including scheduling and resource allocation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a training management role within a logistics or fulfillment environment.
  • Strong understanding of training methodologies and adult learning principles.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and project management abilities. Proficiency in learning management systems and e-learning platforms. Ability to analyze data and generate reports.

Experience

A minimum of 5 years of experience in training management, preferably within the logistics or fulfillment sector.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
