Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead the store design strategy for Japan and Korea, ensuring alignment with brand aesthetics and business objectives.
  • Oversee the end-to-end design process, from concept development to execution, for new store openings and renovations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including merchandising, real estate, and sales to ensure cohesive brand representation.
  • Manage external design agencies and contractors to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Conduct market research to stay abreast of design trends and consumer preferences in the region.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in store design within the retail or luxury fashion industry.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Skills

Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong leadership abilities with a strategic mindset.

Experience

A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in store design, preferably within the luxury retail sector.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
